By this means I strongly recommend Multipanama Real Estate for the excellent service received from them, when I wanted to rent a house for my family.

When someone leaves their own country to settle in an different country, like myself, because of work related transfers, you not only look to satisfy your own immediate needs for housing and legal advice, but to feel you are being help by ethical, responsible and honest people, not only looking to find a property for "the client" but also to help to finalize my relocation. Multipanama gave my real and quick results and exceeded my expectations.

I contacted  them through the internet before I arrive in Panama, I asked for something that would be like I wanted and also for the price I needed. For each email I sent I would receive a clear, fast and a warm answer. When I arrived, the first thing they did was to put a "face" to our email conversations.

Not only they came to my hotel, Sunday morning to take me on a tour to the different places they had found for me.

There was such a high level of communication and attention that it was really easy for me to take a decision on which property to rent, because they had a clear idea of my taste and needs.

Their support was huge at the moment of the negotiation of the house, they help me find the floor polisher, garden and got all the improvements taken care off.

I was already amazed with the service, but they, knowing how to go the "extra Mile" they had a series of details that simply leave no doubt about the professionalism that characterizes them:

When Multipanama knew about my complicated scheduled, they offered me to complete all the paperwork and documents, so I could have the hydro, phone, water, internet services connected and they  also found the pest control and gardener.

When I arrived to my new house, it already had most of the services ready. Needless to say that all of this was courtesy, they did not charge me a penny for all of this.

I can't put a price on everything Multipanama did for me because simply it was Priceless!!!

I can't call them Multipanama, because they treated me like a person.

The people at MultiPanama.com sold my apartment really quick after I spent months trying to sell it without success; they found an apartment for rent in Paitilla for a great price, and they got the lawyer for all the necessary paperwork.
